Gentlemen, a succesful season is in the rearview. We came close to winning a playoff game, but we need to focus on core strength in the off-season to push that run further. That time is now, the off-season is now upon us, we've had a few weeks to rest up and now its time to start getting back at it.
The plan as of now is to run at the Pettit center indoor track on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-8:30 PM. Then Saturday mornings from 10-11 AM in Bayview at the Fitness Asylum (Jeremy Petfalski's gym).
This will start up Tuesday, November 27th at 7pm at the Pettit center. The cost to use the track is about $4 per session. Workout's are going to be intense, explosive and all business so show up ready to roll. Bring a change of clothes for afterwards because we will most likely go somewhere for food/drinks.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday are left up to individuals as of now with a recommendation of having your own gym membership or if you can't afford it, figure out a way to get a workout at least one day (prefferably3) a week including the 3 team workouts on Saturdays. 6 total workouts a week with sunday off.
