Only One Way to Beat the Cold: Sweat!

Scheduled Outdoor Practices for Tuesday 3/4 and Thursday 3/6 are canceled due to field conditions. Indoor fitness, as listed below will continue.

Winter workouts start next week! Sessions are each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in January and February. Here are the details:

  • Tuesdays - Top Line Gym @ 7:30 PM ($10 per player per session*)
  • Thursdays - Petit National Ice Center @ 6:30 PM ($4 admission)
  • Saturdays - Fitness Asylum @ 10:00 AM (no cost**)

*Updated: Only 8 more strength and fitness sessions before Spring Training begins.

Specific Dates and Locations include:

  1. Feb 11 (7:30 pm - 9:00 pm), Strength & Conditioning - Topline
  2. Feb 13 (6:30 pm - 8:00 pm), Strength & Conditioning - Petit
  3. Feb 15 (10:00 am - 11:30 am), Strength & Conditioning - Fitness Asylum
  4. Feb 18 (7:30 pm - 9:00 pm), Strength & Conditioning - Topline
  5. Feb 20 (6:30 pm - 8:00 pm), Strength & Conditioning - Petit
  6. Feb 22 (10:00 am - 11:30 am), Strength & Conditioning - Fitness Asylum
  7. Feb 25 (7:30 pm - 9:00 pm), Strength & Conditioning - Topline
  8. Feb 27 (6:30 pm - 8:00 pm), Strength & Conditioning - Petit

Each session throughout the week will have a different focus that is perfectly applicable to our sport. At Top Line, we will focus on power and explosion. The track at The Petit will allow us to work on our speed and endurance.  And Jerry will have us working a strength and conditioning circuit at his Fitness Asylum.

Let's have an excellent turnout each week so that we're primed for indoor training in the spring. Get some good work in with your brothers.
