Golf outing reaches milestone in support of Parkinson’s research.

What a day! With sunny skies and temperatures in the 70s, the weather couldn’t have been better—especially after last year’s rain. It set the perfect stage for an unforgettable outing.

With 18 teams registered, this was the largest outing in a number of years. It surpassed last year’s 13-team outing by a wide margin!

The energy was high, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces along with some new ones.

Thank-you sponsors!

A huge thank-you to our incredible hole sponsors for their generosity and support:

  • Daniel Brienzo
  • Juliana Kloiber
  • GeoTest, Inc.
  • Kyle Malaney
  • Joseph Cunningham
  • Horizon Homes Real Estate
  • Ryan Heckel

Your contributions played a major role in making this event such a success.

50/50 shatters record

With more teams, the 50/50 raffle was very successful, raising a significant amount of funds on the spot.

A big thanks to everyone who participated, and a special shout out to Joe Foro, Dick Lango and Amanda Komaschka for their help selling more raffle tickets than ever before.

And In an inspiring show of generosity, the winner donated their entire share back to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association.

10-year total reaches milestone

In total, we raised an about $3,000 this year. This brings our total donations to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association to over $20,000 since the outing began.

Thank you all for making this such an amazing and successful event. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Congrats to our winners!

I’m happy to announce that the all-alumni team of Brent Freeman, Rob Hackett, Tom Kowalski and myself had the best score on the day, shooting -4 overall. Two other teams tied for second at 3-under.

An honorable mention to the “mathletes” team that submitted a score card at “+5” instead of “-5”. Well done Joseph Kloiber, Garrett Meyer, Ryan Walczak and Aaron Young! 😂
