Australia Tour Meeting & AGM

The Barbarians are going to Australia for the 2027 Rugby World Cup and YOU’RE INVITED!
We’ll be hosting a tour meeting and the club’s Annual General Meeting on March 10, 6:30 PM at Dugout 54.
We encourage all club members, alumni and supporters to attend the meeting to learn all about the tour.
We’ll also be holding elections for Club President and Player at Large.
In advance of that meeting, here are some items of note regarding the tour:
- Elections
- If you are interested in running for a position, be sure to ask someone to nominate you!
- If you can’t make the election, you may have another member vote for you by proxy.
- Tour dates are 9/30 – 10/10, 2027.
- Tour will be based in Sydney with a day-trip to Newcastle.
- Itinerary will be closely based based on this tour.
- Cost will be $3170 for local accommodations and travel. This does not include plane tickets, match tickets, food nor drink.
- A $500 deposit is required to guarantee your spot. Payment plans are available.
- Two World Cup matches are planned on this tour. However, tickets for Australia versus New Zealand are limited. They will be made available to those who make their deposit on a first come, first served basis.
